We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store, but you are responsible for any diminished value if the item has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Please note:

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
  • We will provide instructions on how to return your item after your request is approved

Return Shipping Costs

If you exercise your EU right of withdrawal:

  • You (the customer) are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
    If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
    We will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.

Handmade products:

  • All our candles are 100% handmade, which means slight variations may occur, including minor color differences, small air bubbles, or subtle differences in shape or finish. These characteristics are natural and are not considered defects.
  • If you wish to return an item due to these variations, this will be treated as a standard return under the 14-day withdrawal right, and you (the customer) will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • We will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.

Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Items that have been used.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item (as required by EU law)

Please note:

  • Original delivery costs must also be refunded (standard delivery only)
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund
